Henrique M. allias Faya gong connait la musique reggae depuis son plus jeune âge, élevé au son de la musique jamaïcaine pour laquelle il a une véritable foi, Selecta Faya Gong travaille et fait ses premiers pas dans le monde du mix rapidement, mais ce n’est que quelques années plus tard, en 2003, qu’il crée le site JahWebz, où il se fait promoteur de très prometteurs artistes de tous styles reggae. Il crée également la WebRadio du même nom.
Quelques années en stand-by puis Selecta Faya Gong revient en 2008 pour animer l’émission de radio Ragga Time durant une année. En 2009 il installe une véritable ambiance lors de concerts de renom et crée également une nouvelle émission radio nommée Pull It Up show qui est diffusée sur Radio C2L 89.3 FM (France) et rediffusée sur Radio CJPN 90.5 FM (Canada), ainsi que sur les webradio « Papamok » et « Zeradio ». En 2010 il commence à enchaîner les soirées avec entre autres : Dragon Davy, Blacko, Tairo, Daddy Nuttea, Tonton David, daddy mory, Sir Samuel et d’autres
